resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance
Digital printing
requires the ink film to remain stable under the erosion of water, oil,
solvents and other substances. The printed matter printed by the ink with poor
water and oil resistance will change color and fade when encountering water,
oil and other substances, which will affect the book printing reproduction effect. The printing products printed by the ink with poor solvent
resistance can not finish the finishing, laminating and other processes.
(3) Light resistance
and heat resistance of ink
Digital printing
products in book printing process are sometimes exposed to sunlight for
a long time, so ink is required to have good light resistance. In addition,
some digital printing process needs heating, which requires that the ink can
withstand high temperature without discoloration.
(4) Other
properties of ink
Digital printing
ink is also required to be stable in pH value, conductivity, viscosity,
permeability, surface tension, density, color difference, etc. it can adapt to
the book printing technology, and is non-toxic and environmentally
friendly. Digital printing ink after printing imaging, its optical density,
drying time, adhesion, non deviation, water resistance, anti solvent, stability
and other aspects should also meet the printing requirements.
